FAQ
(Frequently Asked Questions)
I create my artwork with graphite or ink drawings, watercolor or acrylic paintings, or mixed media (ink and watercolor)
Yes, I do. Use the contact section of my web page to send me a message, or schedule a time to meet me using Calendly: https://www.calendly.com/matt-harline
Each commission is different. When we reach an agreement on a commission, we will draw up an agreement which will include a time frame for completion. The time it takes depends on the size of the painting, the medium to be used, and the complexity of the subject matter. Portraits take even more time. It is also complicated by the fact that I have a brain injury, and the time I can dedicate to painting is less than I like, but I take that into consideration when we draw up our agreement at the start of the commission process.

The short answer is No, all sales are final. Once a painting or Print is delivered, there are no returns or refunds unless it has been damaged in shipping. I insure my shipping, so if your product is damaged, please take photos of the damage and keep all receipts, packaging for the damaged work of art, and contact Matt Harline so we can make it right.
