On the path to recovery, we often have setbacks. We stumble. We Trip. We find ourselves back on the ground again. And yet we get back up and start on our path to recovery once again.
This painting represents one of those stumbles, and getting back up again.
The some of the paint in the original painting was made from the charred remains of the artist’s studio which was burned in the Camp Fire on November 8, 2018, the same fire that destroyed much of the city of Paradise, California.
